LeagueLabs

Here's a letter we're going to send everyone mid-January!

We have made the decision to transition to a new, user-friendly registration platform beginning February 1. Beehive Sports will still be the same way to access everything, just the backend system is changing. The biggest change is that this is an invite based system. You can sign up as a "free agent" (called "individual" in the future) but if want to be on a team, you're going to need to get an invite from the captain. Similarly, if you want to be part of a small group you'll need to get an invite link from someone who has already signed up as a free agent/individual.

We made this decision because it will allow us to :

  • Provide an easier and quicker sign-up process.
  • Provide more ways for captains to invite players to the team (email, text/messaging apps, social media+).
  • Prevent random players from joining your team.
  • Provide a way more user-friendly mobile experience.
  • Provide you built in ways to do things you would have had to email about us in the past (schedule requests, shirt color requests, etc).
  • And, selfishly, make a lot of what we do a lot easier (making schedules, assigning referees, organizing t-shirt reports).

Soon, you'll receive an email from our new registration software partner (LeagueLabs) asking you to reset your password (If you have played with us since 1/1/2022). Don't be alarmed, this is just us moving your existing information over to our new platform.

If you haven't played with us since 1/1/2022 (what are you even doing with your life?!) you will not receive this email from League Lab, but will simply create a new account on our site when you sign-up for a league.

The message will come from Beehive Sports via League Lab. We are letting you know so you are not surprised when you receive it.

If you have any questions, please email us at whatsup@beehivesports.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We are looking forward to the transition as in the long run it¢??ll be way better for everyone. If there are a few hiccups in the beginning, apologies in advance!
